The idea of the set is to look through the prism of gastronomy at the currents and trends of other art directions, thus demonstrating their close connection.

The main characters of the story are Kaliningrad foie gras, gingerbread pancake with Khanty-Mansiysk reindeer, okroshka with sea urchin and Sakhalin scallop, Murmansk cod, chocolate ganache with dried tuna shavings and even shaverma with sturgeon caviar wrapped in a pita made of paper created from dehydrated squid.
